Walk up to the van to load. A wrong door costs 8 seconds, and can cost more: a dog let out, an angry resident on your heels, or a gold-edged valuable that nobody hands back. Units 1–6 are downstairs, 7–12 upstairs, in each of the nine buildings (A to I). The handheld shows your route before every shift.
